I listened to it twice and I quit smoking. I would smoke a pack of newports a day, sometimes more. I listened to the recording, I found his voice a little odd, but it worked none the less. I started out with the low dose nicotine gum but I used that for less then a week, and that was it haven't had a cigarette since. I also found that chewing regular gum the same way you chew the nicotine gum really helped.
